POSTPONED: Board of Health - Legal Notice of Special Meeting

10/21/2022 MEETING POSTPONED UNTIL DECEMBER. DETAILS TO FOLLOW.

Pursuant to O.R.C. 121.22(F), notice is hereby given that the Cuyahoga County Board of Health will hold a Special Meeting of the Board at 9AM local time, on Friday, October 21, 2022 at their office located at 5550 Venture Drive, Parma, OH 44130. 

The purpose of this special meeting is to determine the Kurtz-RKDF application for a new C&DD landfill. Any person desiring to be heard on the subject(s) or issues specified above to be discussed by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health should appear at the time and place set forth above and may be heard then and there or at such later time as the Board determines pursuant to its rules of operation.

 

This notice was put out by the Cuyahoga County Board of Health. We will post additional information as soon as possible.
