2021 SUMMER POOL PASSES

Once again, Cuyahoga Heights will offer Brooklyn Heights residents the opportunity to purchase passes for the pool. The pool opens June 5 for the summer. We will sell them starting Monday May 3rd from 8-430 from the Muni Lobby at the Police Window. This offer is for Brooklyn Heights Residents only.

THIS YEAR, THE VILLAGE OF BROOKLYN HEIGHTS IS CONTRIBUTING A PORTION OF THE COST. FOR AN INDIVIDUAL PASS, YOU ARE ONLY RESPONSIBLE FOR $25.00 PER PERSON AND FAMILY PASSES WILL ONLY COST YOU $75.00.
These charges will be collected at the time you fill out the pool pass information.
Checks should be made payable directly to Cuyahoga Heights Village.
The following information is requested by Cuyahoga Heights to obtain a pool pass:
All sections of the pass must be filled out including the emergency name and phone numbers for all passes. Height, weight, age, color of hair and eyes, allergies or medical problems must also be listed. All pass holders will be required to have their picture taken at the swimming pool the first time the pass is used.

If the children in the family have a different last name than the parent they must have proof of custody of that child. Cuyahoga Heights has the right to question custody rights of any child and will forfeit the pass of a child who does not legally belong to the parent living in Brooklyn Heights.

Non-resident employees who work for our village are not eligible to buy passes.
 
PASSES WILL BE AVAILABLE AT THE POLICE DEPARTMENT WINDOW, 345 TUXEDO AVENUE, BROOKLYN HEIGHTS, OHIO 44131 BEGINNING MONDAY, MAY 3, 2021 THROUGH THURSDAY, MAY 27, 2021 BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 8:00 A.M. AND 4:30 P.M.
THESE PASSES CANNOT BE TAKEN OUT OF OUR OFFICE FOR COMPLETION. THEY MUST BE COMPLETED IN PERSON AND PAYMENT MUST BE SUBMITTED AT THAT TIME. PERTINENT INFORMATION THAT WILL BE NEEDED FOR EVERYONE OBTAINING A PASS INCLUDES: NAME, ADDRESS, BIRTHDATE, HEIGHT, WEIGHT, ALLERGIES, EMERGENCY CONTACT #.
IT WOULD BE HELPFUL IF YOU HAD THIS INFORMATION WITH YOU AT THE TIME OF FILLING OUT THE PASSES. IN THE PAST, RESIDENTS HAVE MADE LABELS AHEAD OF TIME WITH THE PERTINENT INFORMATION LISTED ABOVE FOR THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS, TO SAVE TIME IN FILLING OUT THE PASSES.
