ATTENTION MEN'S SERVICE CLUB SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

Attention all 2017 Brooklyn Heights Men's Service Club winners:

It's time to turn in your grades and redeem your $500 scholarship.

There are several ways to do this and all of them are simple and relatively painless.
1. Mail a copy of your grades to:

2. Email John Black a copy (PDFs recommended) of your grades to blackjo29@gmail.com.
Please label the email BH Men's Club Scholarship Grade Submission.
3. Please note- whatever you provide must show the name, logo or seal of the university, college or training school you attend.
PLEASE DO NOT send instructions on how we can obtain your grades from a website or ask us to go to a web address.
Doing so will only delay your check.
Checks will only be made out to the individual scholarship recipient.
