Adult Softball Registration

ADULT LEAGUE SOFTBALL

Fee: $50 per Registration
Please return this form before July 15, 2016 at the Village Municipal Center.

If you have played in the past and would like to play again, please contact your coach from last year to put you on their team roster. If you are a new player, please fill out the form and return it. You will be contact-ed by the Recreation Department on your choice of available teams.

A $25 late fee will be assessed to all registrations turned after the deadline of July 15, 2016.
