Cuyahoga River Opening Day for Trails Event

In an effort to raise awareness and support for trails and bikeways across our region, Cuyahoga County Planning Commission will once again be celebrating with Rails to Trails Conservancy the national “Opening Day for Trails!” All across the country, communities are organizing a day of walking, strolling & cycling activities to get people outside, take advantage of existing trail and bikeway facilities and showcase and promote planned facilities.
This is the second year northeast Ohio hosts an organized event. This year, Cleveland Metroparks, in partnership with other trail groups, is hosting at Merwin’s Warf in the Flats of downtown Cleveland:

Program with Speakers begins at Noon

Program includes: Towpath Trail Bike Tour and Redline Greenway Hike Tour.
Tours depart at 12:30 PM and 2:00 PM
