Fall 2015 Youth Soccer Registration

6/12/2015 Fall Soccer Registration is now open.

FALL 2015 / FOR ALL PLAYERS / START OF NEW SEASON  

One Child Per Registration. Non-Resident Fee $50 / Smurf & Pre-Smurf Fee $25 Payable to Village of Brooklyn Heights Please return the form before July 31, 2015 at either the Municipal Center, 345 Tuxedo Avenue or at 190 Ventura Circle.

A $25 late fee will be accessed to all registrations turned in late and/or not signed by parent or legal guardian.

Deadline is July 31, 2015.
