Village Community Center Friday, October 10th starting at 10:00 a.m.

Walgreens will be administering the immunizations and they accept most insurance company plans. Please note they do not accept HealthSpan (formerly Kaiser) plans.

The cost is $25.99 for anyone who wishes to pay cash. ~ This is an adult vaccine only ~ Family & Friends are Welcome!

All MUST Pre-Register ~ call 739-3702 to sign up!
