Cleveland Housing Network administers a new water and sewer repair program in some parts of your city that is funded by Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District. Applicants must be a customer of Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District-servicing their Wastewater (sewage). I have attached the application needed to apply for the program. Applicants must provide Gas bill, Light bill, Water bill, Sewer bill, Proof of income and Proof of Home Ownership(we can only service home owners).

Water Repair Program consists of hot water tank repair/replacement, repairs to minor plumbing repairs and repair/replacing main waterlines (from street to home)
Sewer Repair Program consists of Jet/Camera and repair of Main waste water sewer lines (from street to home, and installing test tees.)
