Northeast Ohio Advanced Energy District Program

Communities across Cuyahoga County formed the NEO-AED in 2010 to provide a tool for property owners to complete energy efficiency and alternative energy generation projects with out upfront expenses.

The NEO-AED works with financial partners to bring a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program to office, retail, industrial, hotel, multi-family and non-profit property owners.

Eligible PACE projects can take advantage of project financing with minimal or no down payment, fixed interest rates and terms for up to 20 years on energy efficiency and alternative energy projects.
