Dear Neighbor,

Last month, Ohio House Democrats sent a survey to constituents asking how we can make Ohio a better place to live, work, go to school, start a business, and raise a family. The response was overwhelming: Ohioans want a government that works for you by investing in our communities, our children and our future.

The responses gave a real and honest account of what it’s like to be an Ohioan, from mounting challenges like struggling to access affordable healthcare, the spread of COVID-19, and an economy that too often rewards wealth and not the hard work of everyday Ohioans.

You also shared with us your hopes for the future of our state, as a place where everyone has the opportunity to succeed and thrive rather than "just get by."

These concerns are at the forefront of our priorities for this General Assembly and in the coming days and weeks as we work to develop the state’s two-year state budget, we will work to craft a budget that reflects these priorities.

Our focus remains the same—to put people before politics and to work together to create jobs, build back our economy and restore the promise of opportunity for all Ohioans.

My office is always here to help. You can contact me at Rep15@ohiohouse.gov or 614-466-3485.

Sincerely,

Rep. Jeffrey A. Crossman

State Representative

15th House District
