Fees for the Stormwater Management Program will begin to appear on all residential NEORSD bills beginning with the next billing cycle.
Workshops are scheduled for residents who wish to learn what water diversion techniques they can use to earn a credit to this monthly fee. Below is a fee map residents can use to determine their monthly fee. Fees range from $3.09 to $9.27 per month. The fee is based on how much "impervious" area your property has (roof and driveway, etc.) We did a random check of Brooklyn Heights properties and found many are at the top tier fee of $9.27 per month.
