Tree Replacement and Planting

We received a grant for tree replacement and planting from the County through the Healthy Urban Tree Canopy Program. Planting began in the spring throughout the village including the removal of diseased trees including stump grinding. The type of trees and planting locations are all mandated by the grant administrators based on overhead wires and other considerations. This project is supported in part by the residents of Cuyahoga County through a public grant from the Cuyahoga County Healthy Urban Tree Canopy Grant Program.
