Camp & Concert Night on Saturday, June 15th, will be a great time including the sounds of FlatFoot from 7-9:30 p.m.!! Park Board President Mark Lasky worked with Mayor Mike, and the Fire, Police, Service and Community Service Departments to have a great event! As you make your plans for the evening, we want to share these details to help make it as fun and safe as possible!
PARK BOARD WILL BE SUPPLYING:
Ice cream, hot dogs, water bottles
Movies and games for all ages
Free Chinese raffle
Firewood and a large charcoal grill (please do not bring personal grills)
IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Tent set up begins Saturday at 3:00 p.m. in the grassy area behind ball diamond 2 and left of pavilion 2. Take down / clean up is at 10:00 a.m. Sunday morning
Minors must be accompanied by a parent. Adults 18+ welcome
Small portable fire pits are allowed (mention you’re bringing one when you call to sign up). Be sure to have tents at least 15’ from any fire pit!
Lights will be on for kickball or whiffle ball games on Diamond 2 Saturday evening until 11:00 p.m.
The bathrooms will be open throughout the event
No vehicles on the grass! No fires directly on the ground!
Park Specials will be in the park until 11:00 p.m. and one Park Special will be assigned at the gate overnight to ensure only those camping are allowed in the park
Please sign up ASAP by calling 739-3702 to ensure we have adequate supplies
Camp Night will be held rain or shine!
