Village ASPHALT Program Update 9/21/22
On September 19th concrete pavement repair locations was marked for TC Construction to start saw cutting. They are planning to start the saw cutting either Thursday or Friday of this week or next Monday September 26 depending on scheduling. See Asphalt Location map.
Village CONCRETE Program Update 9/21/22
The tentative start date for the asphalt repair program is October 18th and asphalt pavement repair locations will be marked the week prior to that. See Concrete Location map.

Recent and Upcoming Projects
Lancaster Road Reconstruction / Bioretention Cells
This project was completed as part of an overall pavement rehabilitation project for Lancaster Drive, which serves as the main entryway into one of the Village's largest business areas.
The total project cost was $500,000. The Village was able to secure almost 80% of the funds through grants and 0% loans from the Ohio Public Works Commission.

Dorset, Lancaster and Mural Road Reconstruction
This project included the replacement of more than 7,000 square yards of pavement. This project was the second phase of the original Lancaster Road Replacement performed in 2011.
Through patience and determination, the Village was able to secure more than 70% of the cost of this project through grants and 0% loans. Read more HERE
South Street Water Main Replacement
This project was performed to maintain the aging infrastructure while utilizing funding from partners to maximize the Village's capital improvement fund. the 6" water main was replaced with an 8" water main, and service connections along South Street.
