The Mayor’s Court for the Village of Brooklyn Heights normally meets twice a month on Thursdays at 9:30 a.m. Five-day hearings are held every Thursday, as needed, at 9:30 a.m.
If you were issued a citation, the court date and time appear in the lower right corner. Please call the Clerk of Court office (216) 749-4300 to see if a court appearance is required.
If your ticket is not a required court appearance, you may pay your ticket before the court date that is listed on your ticket. Acceptable forms of payment are: Cash / Money Order / Personal Check / Visa / MasterCard / American Express / Debit

All checks returned due to insufficient funds will result in the assessment of additional fees and charges to the original fines/costs and may further result in additional legal action.

Impounded & Towed Cars:
The Brooklyn Heights Police Department utilizes Kufner Towing for impounding vehicles. To retrieve your vehicle, call (216} 529-3320 for information on what you owe for your vehicle to be released.
You will need a copy of your court paperwork in order to receive a towed vehicle release from Kufner Towing.
