2016 FOOTBALL CHEERLEADING REGISTRATION
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MON., AUGUST 1 -- $25 LATE FEE WILL APPLY
THERE IS A $50 PARTICIPATION FEE FOR NON-VALLEY VIEW RESIDENTS*
*Non-residents are NOT guaranteed a spot on a Valley View team – inclusion will be determined based upon the need for players by age group

YOUTH FLAG FOOTBALL REGISTRATION FORM
This activity is open to participants in Grades 3 through 6 during the 2016-2017 school year. The participants may be divided into teams regardless of age, so children from all four grade levels WILL be on the same team.
REGISTRATION CLOSES ON MONDAY, AUGUST 1 ($25 LATE FEE APPLIES)
