Fall Soccer Registration 2016

6/23/2016 All Players Must Register
 
Parent Volunteers Are Necessary and Needed to Coach. We Will Assist You With Everything You Need To Know About the Game. Please Consider Helping Our Village Kids.

Please return Registration Form before July 31, 2016, to the Municipal Center, 345 Tuxedo Avenue. A $25 late fee will be assessed to all registrations turned in late and/or not signed by parent or legal guardian.
