Don't forget to also change smoke and carbon monoxide detector batteries! Brooklyn Heights Fire Department reminds you to change these batteries Sunday, November 2, 2014!
As part of the Fire Department's ongoing effort to make certain that every village household has a working smoke detector, the fire department will be accepting any resident's request to have their smoke detector batteries replaced.
More importantly, if you do not have a working smoke detector, please buy one and we will install it for you!
