Registration is now open for Youth Basketball.
3rd grade through 6th

Non-Resident Fees $50 Per Player Payable to Village of Brooklyn Heights

Please return this form before October 15, 2016 at the Municipal Center, 345 Tuxedo Avenue. A $25 late fee will be assessed to all registrations turned in late and/or not signed by parent or legal guardian.  

Deadline is October 15, 2016.
